Payroll

• Direct deposit advices can be printed separately from checks--saving expensive check paper and providing more security for it.
• Either the checks or direct deposit advices can be voided and reprinted separately.

Order Entry and Accounts Receivable

• Customer Specific Pricing--by Part Number, using absolute, margin, markup, or base and quantity breaks. Also will have the ability to import these and copy between customers.
• Detailed Tracking of Open Credits and Deposits--each is treated as an open item for application and reporting
• Unlimited Line Items on Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
• Up to 999 Sales Accounts, total and per transaction

Inventory Control and Purchasing

• Unlimited Line Items on Purchase Orders

General

• Enhanced Export--each module will be able to export records in a format that will allow them to be imported into another BusinessWorks company
• Enhanced Hyperlinks--links to drill-down to additional detail and to launch e-mail to contacts
